संस्था  में प्रशिक्षण एवं रोजगार प्रकोष्ट (Training & Placement Cell) के माध्यम से छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए प्लेसमेंट कैंपस कार्यक्रम आयोजित की जाती हैं| हम निरंतर छात्र/छात्राओं के करियर की सार्थक दिशा में मार्गदर्शन करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। हम प्लेसमेंट प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से छात्र/छात्राओं को उच्च-क्षमता और सफलता की दिशा में एक मजबूत आधार प्रदान करते हैं।

 TPO समूह की कार्यप्रणाली – छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए प्लेसमेंट कैंपस हेतु कंपनियों से संपर्क कर प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार अध्ययनरत एवम् उत्तीर्ण छात्रों के Whatsapp ग्रुप में TPO समूह के माध्यम से कैंपस संबंधी समस्त जानकारी प्रेषित की जाती है, छात्रों को प्लेसमेंट के लिए तैयार करने हेतु संस्था स्तर पर मॉक टेस्ट, प्री-प्लेसमेंट वार्ता, मॉक इंटरव्यू  इत्यादि कराया जाता है, संस्था से उत्तीर्ण छात्रों के लिए whatsaap ग्रुप के माध्यम से जानकारी प्रेषित कर ऑनलाइन विडियो /मॉक टेस्ट लिंक शेयर किया जाता है

प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार प्रकोष्ठ -

संस्था में प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार/प्लेसमेंट सेल छात्रों को उद्योगों में रोजगार दिलाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है, प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार/प्लेसमेंट सेल प्रमुख कार्य निम्नानुसार है-

• कैम्पस रोजगार/प्लेसमेंट का आयोजन |
• कैरियर की रुचि अनुसार चयन हेतु छात्र/छात्राओं को उचित मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना |
• विशेष प्रशिक्षण एवं सेमिनार आयोजन |
• छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण एवं इंटर्नशिप हेतु उचित मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना|
• स्थानीय उद्योग के साथ समन्वय और संचार करना।
• कंपनियों की भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में जानने के लिए उनके साथ समन्वय करना।

प्रशिक्षण एवं प्लेसमेंट टीम संरचना :-

• प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार अधिकारी (टी.पी.ओ.)
• प्रत्येक ब्रांच से प्रभारी एक-एक संकाय प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार प्रकोष्ट सदस्य,
• अंतिम वर्ष से सभी ब्रांचों से एक-एक छात्र समन्वयक
• व्दितीय वर्ष से सभी ब्रांचों से एक-एक छात्र समन्वयक शामिल होते हैं।

Training and Placement Cell in the Institute plays an important role to place the students in industries.

The functionalities of the cell are

• To provide the proper guidance for selecting the career interest.
• To Coordinate and communicate with local industry.
• Organize special training and seminars.
• Organizes Campus Placement.
• Industrial training & internship opportunity for students.

Training & Placement team

 The Training & Placement consists of Training & Placement Officer (TPO), Incharge Faculty Members from each branch, Student coordinator from final year and Pre-final year for each branch.

Activities under Training & Placement Cell

• Interacting with the Potential Recruiters.
• Organizing Resume Writing and Interview(s) skills development sessions.
• Coordinating all the activities related to Placement.
• To assist students to develop/clarify their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
• Gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements.
• Coordinating with companies to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures.
• Identifying the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting most suitable candidates.
• Organizing pre-placement training/workshops/seminars for students.
• To assist students for industrial training at the end of the fourth semester.
